WCMC Maintains its ISO Certification
QUEZON CITY – World Citi Medical Center (WCMC) successfully retained its ISO 9001:2015 certification following a surveillance audit conducted on April 22, 2025 by Certification International Philippines (CIP).
The audit assessed the hospital’s ongoing compliance with international standards for quality management systems, reinforcing WCMC’s dedication to holistic healthcare and continuous improvement.
The audit covered a range of key departments including the Out Patient Department, Radiology Department, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center, Emergency Room, Operating Room, Customer Care, Nursing Service Department, and various administrative units.
Auditors evaluated critical areas such as service provision, customer communication, performance evaluation, and corrective actions. Each session included interviews with personnel and on-site walkthroughs to verify the effectiveness of quality systems in place.
With continued certification granted, WCMC demonstrated its strong commitment to delivering quality service and upholding high standards.
