We make it a priority to provide our patients with a comfortable and convenient environment for their healing process. Our Dialysis Center is equipped with the latest models of Hemodialysis machines, all of which are managed by board-certified Nephrologists and experienced specialists.
Services
The Center is open 24 hours to serve the patients coming from the emergency room, ICU, recovery rooms, and wards. It is also open for out-patients from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the following two (2) batches of treatments:
OUTPATIENT TREATMENT SCHEDULE
1st batch : 08:00 A.M. - 12:00 NN
2nd batch : 01:00 P.M. - 05:00 P.M.
Hemodialysis Requirements for New Patients, Transient and Transferring Patients from other HD Center:
- Hemodialysis Order from your attending physician
- Hepatitis B and C Screening (HbsAg/Anti HBs/ Anti-HCV/ Anti-HBc total ) within the last 3 months
- Latest laboratory results (CBC, Blood chemistries, etc)
- Clinical Abstract/Medical record (from other Hemodialysis center if transferring)
- Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet (last 3 treatments from other Hemodialysis centers)
- Latest X-ray, swab test result/rapid antigen test result (if any)
- COVID-19 Vaccination card
