Radiology Department

 The Department of Radiology received its accreditation in 2007 under the chairmanship of Dr. Jose Lim and Dr. Jolinda Almazan as the training officer.

The department works hand in hand with other clinical departments to aid in providing accurate and comprehensive diagnoses and treatments for its patients. The four-year residency program provides support and nurtures the skills and knowledge of medical residents, by allowing them to have an in-depth understanding of their chosen field and put it into practice aided by updated equipment and hospital facilities.

• Medical School Diploma
• PRC license and certificate of board rating if applicable
• 2 pcs. 2x2 picture (white background)
• Letter of recommendation from three (3) specialists or colleagues.
• TIN Card
• PMA ID card
• S2
• SSS (optional)
• PTR
